how does one define the ingredients which come together and make a head coach?


Strength
Earned it
Agro
Needs it

seriously sean has put in his time and is the seed of the wizard - the more you think about it the more he deserves this position.  no one else knows kansas state like he does. and he knows football

Sean's consistently high level of success as ST coach is something he would demand from those around him.

Guys, Sean was nominated for the Broyles award this year. Guess who wasn't? Venzy.

Now, it might've been all the coaches in the Big 12 nominating him as a hilarious joke to help promote him and tank K-State, but I want to think it's because they nation sees what he's got. Even more so than Venables.

(Leavitt was nominated as well)

Gary Barnett sez that whoever succeeds LHCBS will need to intimately know the LHCBS way, and other ways won't work at K-State.  If Gary Barnett is right, then Sean is our man.
