Just over confidence IMO.  Snyder would not call that down there against a real team but we were averaging ten yards per carry.

:bill: knew KU would get all  and fumble the kick giving us good field position and then they would be all  and let us score on one play.It really was the back breaker and I'm really surprised he choose to show it against KU

Hubert did not look like he thought he was getting the ball.

Rare brain fart from OB. He also had the ridiculously stupid run call with 16 seconds prior to the half. I think these are the only two bad calls he has made in the last 18 games, so, will take.

allowing ck to call a time out was worse.

Watch it again. Snyder says 'you're right.' When he comes to the sideline after that call.

Stupid on everybody's part, but just let him throw the damn ball when he first gets down there.

The timeout was literally the worst decision that could've been made other than a turnover there.

Better options:
delay of game
Spike the ball
QB draw then timeout

What was inexcusable was the timeout being called, then the run.

Jump backwards pass from the 1

No.  That was glorious, and should be considered inside the five every time we are up by three or more touchdowns.

Guys this was a big rivalry game.  When the emotions are high sometimes you make mental mistakes.  It happens.

I really didn't understand why Hubs wasn't in more in the first part of the game.  seems odd to bring a RB in fairly cold in that position.

KU is right on par with Notre Dame ... when it comes to adding additional conference revenue

He went into the locker room with an injury according to the sideline reporter.

That safety was all part of the master scheme.  We gave them two points to get seventy yards once they fumbled the ensuing safety kickoff.  Hubert had to take a tackle in the endzone to get set up for his 30 yard TD run that came right after their fumble.
