its like explaining bed time to a toddler with you WC. there's not some Dayton Moore led conspiracy to hold back low round talent because of contract. Holland was a 10th round pick, Dyson was a 50th round pick, etc.

Colon isn't a MLB player. He should have never been called up. They'll never give up on Bubba either. They'll drag him up, before admitting he was a bust.

Colon has done nothing but rake 247365 in the minors, and has been a slightly above replacement level player in MLB.

Bubba cannot hit at all in the minors at any level.

Colon is hitting .280 for his career in the majors. Obv he lacks power but he is worthy of filling in at 2B and 3B when needed

I looked it up. When we called up Colon, the move to get him on the roster was DFA'ing Pedro Ciriaco. I can't believe we let him go just because of Colon's contract

he just turned 27 but i think we know what he is (a slightly above replacement-level player). i like all the intangibles too tho. he's come up big in some of the biggest clutch moments in royals history, he has a dreamy smile and eyebrows and he is a good translator for other players' interviews
