Sorry, fellow Royals fan. It's against the rules.

Young battled out of that 1st inning, but like 30 pitches and about 5 of those were in the dirt.

I don't know who that is. Is it Royals related? Maybe this thread, the Royals thread, is not the best place for that.

It's our new player, Zobrist. The other player is Gordon. They both play the outfield/infield and they both look similar.

WE HAVE TOO MANY GOOD PLAYERS :runaway:

September call ups will be fun. As will playoff series rosters.

Guys, the Royals now have five regulars (Cain .872, Gordon .852, Hosmer .834, Zobrist .801, Morales .800) currently posting an 800+ OPS. Moose is just behind at .793. We're sick, guys! Sick, sick, sick!

If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

I remember the days we didn't think the Royals knew what a 2-out RBI was. Times have changed.

"I started calling him John during the game, cause he was rocking it like No. 7 -- like Elway," Harper said."

Only 1 run, but Young didn't help his case to stay in the rotation tonight. Who do you prefer, Guts or Young?

For now I'd use Guts in the rotation and Young in the role Blanton has been in. If Young gets a little extra rest and starts looking sharp again then flip them.
