Breakfast: Protein bar and large iced americano - I am into the Gatorade bars right now because they have whey proting and won't make me a womanLunch: after a 90 minute lift/cardio at gym I make a chicken or turkey wrap using boars head and some tortilla, will throw in some Dilusso chese, eat a bag of pretels or some crapsnack: meh, coffee and maybe something elseDinner: beers, maybe a handful of deli meat when I get home from softball

Everyone knows Sigma Nu was notorious for juicing in the late 90's.
I think DD and I would get along just fine. This is almost exactly what I do. I didn't see Chipotle anywhere in there though...

That's a good diet bookie
My cousin has had a chef come to their house once a week to prepare meals for about the last 20 years. Teaches the kids how to cook as well. I have thought about doing this. Would be better than what I teach the kids how to cook

Yes dobbs! That's what my parents did. She would just come over during the day on like monday, cook 5 dinners, label them and stick them in the fridge with reheating instructions. My guess is it was around 100 a week + groceries, but I dunno

I mean, culinary institutes are kicking out ppl all day that are told to expect starting jobs at $12 or so an hour. I bet it would be pretty easy to grab someone a couple yrs out that would do that on a Monday without a problem.
