storys I would personally enjoy the most (in no order...more to follow):

-Meade Purple Buffalo Football of the Late 90s - Studsville, USA
-The LHC Bill Snyder DOD Miracle Of Manhattan ft. commentary from steve dave - You Should Have rough ridin' Seen It When....
-Denis Clemente - The Greatest That Ever Was Or Will Be Unless Angel Is Equal To Or Greater
-The John Currie Era ft. commentary from steve dave - Let Me Tell You About This rough ridin' Guy....

Would watch all of those.  But the John Currie one would be must see tv.

This is a good one. I like it. Permission to use?

-individual based practice during season, 2v2, 3v3 tournaments to make practice fun
-traveled around country to practice, took notes from BITB

This. He has had an open invitation from probably every coach in the country to watch practice. He would know what to do with kids in practice.

The bottom section of this keeps getting bigger.  Which makes me think that the next coach will come from this section.  And this place (along with many others) will get burnt down.

Meanwhile...at the K-State press conference....

This is hilarious. Definitely need more.

If all this nicey nice with the ncaa results in goodwill towards getting pearl out of ncaa hell a year early, it's somehow a good move all told.  Pearl's ceiling is higher imo.

Their major college coaching accomplishments are nearly identical and Pearl had the luxury of coaching against UK when they sucked and the SEC was never as good as the Big 12 was at its worst.  That being said I like Pearl, but there is no evidence that he is a better coach than Frank Martin.

Tennessee was the UK of the SEC when Pearl was there bad conference or not.  Not saying he's a better coach than Frankfurter either, but there wouldn't be a drop off.  I'm not expecting us to overtake KU ever in terms of conference domination, but at least he'd give us a more immediate shot.

Can he defeat a triangle and 2 defense?

My wife's family from Ottawa stopped by tonight, and I asked her cousin (who is still in HS) about what he's heard on Semi.  Says that he's heard that he's interested in Oklahoma State and Oregon.  His brother and Dad want him to go to KSU, but he wants to go away for college.

I don't think these guys are close or anything, but Ottawa isn't that big of a school, so take it FWIW.

I have heard that he is pretty interested in Oklahoma State along with some of the Big 10 schools that have been after him.

There is a purple #fatty4ksu shirt being worn around Vegas today.  This shirt might also make an appearance on an episode of Pawn Stars within the near future.

It was. From Meek:

Has anyone ever heard of The Truth About Six Pack Abs by Mike Geary?  I just saw this on the Internet today, and I have seen both good and bad about it.  Anyone had or know anyone who has had experience with it?

I saw a guy at a party on Fremont that had a busted knuckle, but he said he wasn't going the hospital.  Maybe that was Dlew and someone talked him into going.

I met someone who busted his knuckle too, probably the same dude.  Did he say he mumped his hand up defending a girl?  If so, that guy randomly showed up at my place.

He said he hit someone but that was all. Nothing about defending a girl.

I lost 40 pounds in 5 months doing weight watchers and elliptical 4 times a week.  You've got to check your diet.

This is what I am trying to get better about.  I have been able to eat whatever I have wanted for the last 15 years because I would be burning it off playing sports.  I am slowly getting better about eating right, but I feel that working out is something that I need to still do, and didn't know if there would be anything that could be suggested workout wise.

I am looking at losing about 20 pounds by the end of April to mid-May at the absolute latest, what would be the easiest way to go about doing this?

A little background.  I just finished playing basketball at a small NAIA school, but I haven't been able to run very much since I had knee surgery in November.  I have spent a lot of time on an elliptical and a stationary bike, but that isn't doing it for me.  I can run, but that is pretty painful still, and running on hard surfaces is almost impossible.  Any suggestions?
