Keep in mind our sh!thead governor is a mildcat. It's no accident that construction on K-10 occurs between Sept and March every year. Guaranteed all lanes are open on the turnpike to/from Mancrappin on gameday.

This is a truly fantastic conspiracy. I would love to hear him get really deep into it.

Well there is a 3 page thread about only having 1 toll collector on i70 after the game (midnightish monday) and people were stuck in line for 45 minutes

Good Lord, man...those people need to get a k-tag!

Good point.  But, can the average KU fan afford that?

They are free now, but you have to have a credit card.  So it isn't that they can't afford it, they just don't have the credit.

Former Notre Dame QB Brady Quinn will act as one of the assistant coaches for Charlie Weiss in the East-West Shrine Game.

Reunited and it feels so good? Quinn will be working with former Notre Dame HC Charlie Weiss once more in the East-West Shrine Game on January 23. Weiss'll be heading up the East team, with Quinn and notable names Troy Brown and Mike Alstott (among others) serving as assistant coaches. Opposing that crew for the West Team will be former Hawaii HC June Jones and assistants Jerry Glanville, Steve Broussard and Chris Miller (among others).

Four KU football players try out for ... NASCAR?

http://www.kansascity.com/sports/nascar-auto-racing/article58048718.html

Former Kansas running back De’Andre Mann, a senior in 2015, has not given up his wish to play in the NFL, though he admits it’s a long shot. So his focus during station training Tuesday lied elsewhere — a career as a NASCAR pit member

The program’s director of athletic performance, Phil Horton, was a former football trainer at Memphis and Florida A&M. He envisions a series of qualities transferring from the football field to the pit...

“They can perform in the midst of a hectic environment — cars flying by and a bunch of fans in the stands

They will stick with the "once Snyder dies..." talking point.  They should get another 5yrs or so out of that.

They'll go to the head to head series. That'll still take about another 20 years of talk from them. Really the race to see who gets to 600 wins first will be interesting. I think they got it but it'll be close. When they overtake us in all time losses will be what comes first.

From what I found they have 521 wins now and we are at 509.  We get to 600 way before they do.  We pass them in 2017 most likely unless we have a couple poor years and they actually win a game. Maybe we tie them in 2016.  ;)

577 to 509. But ku is not exactly winning games at any sort of a clip. Losses though will be in their court soon (631 to 612)

It's weird how much they do. Back when goodbuddy, Winters and I went to Lawrence for the game a couple years ago some old dude tried to start talking, "all-time," record trash talk to us.

When I go to the old folks home to see my great grandmother in law on the holidays, the 100 year old guys in wheel chairs with blankets over their legs like to talk all time series numbers.  They also like to talk cream of wheat
