Hopefully oscar can recruit better players so he doesn't have to be such an awesome coach.

But yes, he needs more good players if he wants to go beyond being a bubble team. Of course, its likely Foster will be one of the Top 5 players in the league maybe even next year, but for sure his JR/SR seasons. When you have that, you should be contending for a league title.
Can you imagine how good of a team ksu could be if oscar recruited really well? Like, for example if he recruited like Self or something. We'd be national championship game good....

I think oscar did a very good job recruiting last year. His only failure was in addressing a glaring need at the post, but I haven't liked a freshman class this much since Beasley/Pullen/Sutton/Walker/Samuels. It's a distant 2nd, but it's still 2nd.
Maybe, just maybe, he knew what he was doing!

Who would you have made POY MIR?

I think that's a good chance to take at times when you are K-State. Granted, you could end up with a Herrera or a Murda. But finding a guy like Foster who plays like a Top 50 recruit is not likely to happen again in the next couple years.
(I think we have a pretty good idea with Edwards).
I feel pretty good about our lineup next year. That being said, i'm basing that strictly off "hype" for Hurt and "potential" for Bolden. That didn't work well for me with Thomas.

The rebounding is the obvious difference, but the scoring/shooting stats are shockingly similar. Good find

Ejim Won, he's the best, deal with it.
Ejim is pretty crappy as B12POYs go. Wiggins should have gotten it IMO.
