Maybe if scientists rebranded global warming as “fake manmade weather,” we’d finally have a coalition to start fixing crap.

I’ve said it a million times: the opportunity for income in this country is practically uncapped if you have determination, a reasonable amount of intelligence, and zero shame.

I think Seasons 2-3 have been pretty much as enjoyable as Season 1, so I really don’t get people that love 1 but dislike 2 or 3.

I don’t think it has to do with Seasons 2/3 jumping the shark. The entire premise is insane when you consider the logistics that would have to be involved to conduct those games involving hundreds of people in total secrecy for 10+ years or however long it was.

Season 1 used an absurd premise to provide social commentary. The following seasons added nothing to the social commentary while having an even more absurd premise. It's still a fun show if you like watching grown people kill themselves playing children's games, though.
I thought the voting segments in Season 2 hit just as hard on social commentary. Not trying to Pit, but it immediately made me reflect on people voting for Trump despite every indication it was going to work out poorly for them.

This is sickening.  Trump, miller, and Noem should have serious consequences for this.
Needless cruelty to score loyalty points.

Is this socialism?

US Steel is owned and controlled by a foreign company (who agreed to the golden share thing) so I don't think so.  You could maybe even argue that the U.S. refusing to allow the business deal would have been a greater act of socialism.

Dax I am not your lawyer but I don’t think your defense should be that both you and MJT had the same original thought

It would be funny if Iran took out the $400M airplane bribe sitting in a hangar in Qatar.

NGL I like this solution

It's way more valuable to our enemies as a wide open bribe. Destroying it would only bother one person in the entire world.

And this was prompted because grok said catturd2 (of the dax cat turds) is misinformation
I’m legit interested to see whether Musk is willing to compromise the functionality of grok simply to make his own misinformation spreading less embarrassing

Incel talking points are slow for Dax today

I'm betting on "you guys are just mad because it's trump"
My money is on “you guys are forgetting that Obama also said Iran was bad.

then claiming republicans freed the slaves with a picture of lincoln who whipped the ass of the south and made them cry.
an incredible logical pretzel to tangled in
I’m legitimately curious how many confederate flag waiving MAGAs repeat this talking point. I’m sure there are many because on average they’re not very bright.

I mean the Bible for real doesn’t say anything about protecting Israel does it? I actually think God historically got pissed off when people started taking credit/responsibility for fighting Israel’s wars.

https://www.cnbc.com/2025/06/18/iran-threatens-irreparable-damage-if-us-enters-israel-conflict.html

Quote

Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Wednesday threatened the U.S. with "irreparable damage" if Washington follows through with a military strike against the Middle Eastern country.

"Any American military entry will undoubtedly be met with irreparable damage," Khamenei said, according to NBC News reporting. He added that America's potential involvement in Iran "will 100% backfire" and that "the damage they suffer will be far worse than anything Iran may face. If they enter militarily, they will face harm that they cannot recover from."

What kinds of irreparable damage (if we rule out imaginary) could this dude possibly mean?

Probably more pee tapes.

#blueanongE simply can’t conceptualize a POTUS with prior prolific and broad businesses dealings.

Which one of the grifts ITT was going on before the Trump presidency?

The Clinton’s were a collective of political grifters without compare. The USAid DOGE information showed Chelsea was right in the middle of the money laundering.

Does the Trump admin not prosecute actual criminals anymore or are you just making up that there’s hard evidence for this?

That’s some pretty rotten luck we keep getting explicit regime change overtones only during our peace loving republican presidents.

I am pretty sure Huckabee is one of the zealots that believes end times starts with war in Isreal.  He just wants a rapture.
If there’s a rapture during his lifetime, I guarantee Huckabee would not be a participant.

In two games, Kostic has shown his upside and ability to become an impact freshman for the Wildcats, which has many insiders raving about his future as a professional.

https://www.heartlandcollegesports.com/2025/06/01/incoming-big-12-freshman-shines-at-adidas-eurocamp-2025/
In his two tournament outings, Kostic has posted 34 points, three assists, and three rebounds in 22 minutes per game. Standing at 6-foot-7 with elite shooting, ball handling, and facilitating abilities, the Serbian native has become a hot name in the 2026 NBA Draft class already.

“Head coach Jerome Tang and Kansas State have a high-level shooting guard on the way in Andrej Kostic,” ESPN’s Paul Biancardi wrote on X. “He reads the defense well and attacks with poise under pressure, demonstrating excellent passing vision and touch. He shoots confidently from both deep and mid-range. Standing 6’5”, he has a sturdy frame and a high basketball IQ.”

Draft Express’ Jon Chepkevich also raved about Kostic, saying, “Andrej Kosti? is putting on a show for onlooking NBA scouts here at Adidas Hoops Eurocamp in Treviso. Dropped 19 points against 3SSB Select, showcasing his shotmaking gifts and some flashes of playmaking sizzle. So naturally talented. Looks more than ready for the Big 12.”

The talented guard is expected to be a major contributor for Jerome Tang in 2025-26, as the group looks to return to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2022-23.nal.

Crazy that he shrunk two inches just between those middle paragraphs.
