the sun creates an environment where it's possible to create a shadow, but guys the moon is making the shadow

So are they making the shadow together?
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

Time to start making plans for the 2024 Solar eclipse. Looks like I might be forced to venture into Arkansas or Missouri to watch.

St Joe MO was at the epicenter of eclipse mania in 2017. Then it rained the whole day lol.

It was well, well, worth the experience. I am very excited to do it again.

Key is flexibility. Be close to the path, and if the weather is crappy or there are clouds be willing to drive a bit to the to the next spot. My gf at the time and I drive out to Sedalia and was as aforementioned, well worth the experience

We watched at Rock Creek Station State Park west of Beatrice, NE. There were a few clouds but they did not obstruct the view and it was awesome to experience the eclipse with several hundred strangers. 360 degrees of twilight color during the middle of the day was awesome.

Today is the annular eclipse. Will be cool but the big one is in April.

sick
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Wish I could've seen it but was cloudy all day for me, and I was moving, so no chance to get to cloud free areas
