Agreed. Worth putting a bid together though. We do have a lot of cheap land to offer but not much else thanks to decades of "what we have is good enough here"

Thanks for both of your input. I'll take this into account.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar

I think we can all agree that this book’s a winner. Ding! Ding! But it’s more than a gem of a book. Here comes an analogy. Like the caterpillar is for food, our youth is hungry for knowledge. Kansas City has been amping IT up by providing KC kiddos and non-profits like Turn the Page with the tools to satisfy their hunger. Reading proficiency is up and we cannot be more thrilled. Thrilled that books like Eric Carle’s are the reason for it.

Hot Dog Toddler Costume

Let's take a vote: is a hot dog a sandwich? What if you put Gate's Original BBQ sauce on it--then is it a sandwich? It's meat between two pieces of bread. Sounds like a sandwich to me. And if I'm going to recommend a halloween costume for kids, I'd choose a Hot Dog costume. KC loves our BBQ meats!

Baby Train Engineer Costume

My only complaint is that it doesn't come in man sizes.

Not a single mention of the street car, though. :frown:

Wind chimes

I'll tell you, when I'm sitting in the backyard of my reasonably priced home in a safe neighborhood with great schools and these chimes start to tinkle, it feels like the whole world is singing just for me.
