Do you guys see that crappy looking railing next to the thing that delivery trucks back up to? there are stairs going down next to it that lead to the back door of the weight room. a wasp stung me there one time. hurt bad.

also, you know those big plastic plates that only weigh like 5 lbs but are the size of a 55? one time our JV was playing another school and they have to walk by the door to the weight room and the non JV guys were lifting and I put an entire rack of those on my bar and was just benching the living crap out of them appearing to do like 20 reps of 400 lbs but really it was like 70 lbs and all of the other teams JV guys were all open jawed as they walked by.

should have looked for non-bar-bending. maybe they couldn't see the bar passed the massive plastic plates.

Kraigurg plates? My bad, I didn't realize that Meade High School was located in communist Russia. I suppose 55s do exist, just not in the beautiful high schools of the free world where we measure things in "pounds," not "stones."
