Yep, I was ready to burn it all down this spring. But they didn't. So I'm slowly talking myself into this team

i'll watch with one eye covered.  just learn to focus on the small victories.   maybe we limited ourselves to less than 15 turnovers.  or didn't get out rebounded by double digits. or not beat by 20+ on back to back nights.
i don't want the guys who are playing here to fail but i really don't see any opportunity for them to be successful.

No, the answer is no.  It's likely going to be a long bleak period of misery and shame between the end of football and the beginning of BatCat season.

Hell hot dangy yes.  Just like my honeymoon. Once I figured out the swelling was not from a new disease, things got real exciting.    Right now we think this team is a diseased yangerslong, but it is a big ol titanium robothrobber.

@Tobias, this got me thinking, I have to go back to KS in early December and early February, but both for work events that are happening on Saturdays, theoretically killing PoundTown SchemePAKs.  Then I checked out that December weekend - we play at dumbstick that Friday 12/4, not Saturday.  Depending on what time that game is, could be a hell of an opportunity, and not one to be taken lightly.

I bought tickets to the KSU v CSU game in Wichita the other day.  Not proud of it.

Going into 05-06 for both was pretty bad. Hoops was coming off Wooly's best season I guess.

i was convinced the prior football season was a fluke. you're probably right about basketball but i hadn't tasted success at all and at least WANTED Wooly to succeed much more than i do oscar at this point.

can we be worse than most expect us to be and would that be considered a success?

Good points. This is definitely worse than 05-06, that was just the worst one that I could think of since the DOD years. I have very little interest right now in K-State basketball.

Those not jazzed = those who didn't enjoy the pleasures of KSU hoops chats last season
