Then the circuit ruling will stand. But that won't happen. Gorsuch will be on the court by then, and like I said, I wouldn't be surprised if this is reversed 6-3 or even 7-2.

What a meltdown! Completely trashing the judicial branch even though they totally are 100% sure it'll get overruled by the SC. That's some #bid right there, to call into question the integrity of the branch instead of just respecting their interpretation of the EO and moving on to the appeal. Good job Pubs

This is from the opinion today. It is completely backwards, in that it seemingly places to burden to show the likelihood of prevailing on the merits and irreparable harm on defendant (the US), rather than properly on the party seeking the TRO. That's just wrong.

it's 80% of the cases the sc reviews, not 80% of all their cases.  the vast majority aren't reviewed.

Here is what I don't get....EO on this topic has more support than most of Trump's and he does have a lot of leeway legally to do it.....but he rolled it out w/o vetting it properly and make sure it was legal.....got called on it...take your lumps, rework it....reisssue it the right way.  But no...instead these dorks would rather throw fits on twitter and the news about how unfair so called judges are.  Dumb move.  Guess it should be expected from an administration who thinks they can sway policy in 140 characters IN CAPS1!11!!!

Also of note, Trump literally just nods and then agrees with whoever he is talking to.

He reversed the Israel settlement issue, came out in favor of a two state solution and "delayed" the embassy move to Jerusalem because the King of Jordan and the King of Saudi Arabia talked him out of it and now he says he is in favor of one China policy after talking to Chinese.
