What position will Rojo play? LWB? CB? I feel like he has played both LB and CB for Argentina but maybe I'm wrong.

He has played both, sunny. Maybe he can play LCB in the 3 CB system and then Shaw could play LB/LW. I don't know. The players aren't responding well to this new 3-5-2 system. I wonder if LvG won't do a little more tinkering with it here soon.

Jones is legit, but I don't think Smalling is very good. Benatia would have fit nicely there.

Shaw-Rojo-Benatia-Jones-Valencia would look pretty good to me.

Sunny, spot on about the backline. Smalling is still an eyesore/headache. I've been reading Blind and De Jong are the next two in line to bring in.

In a dreamworld, there would be a Vidal/Chich+cash swap.

Pretty crap game today but almost the entire team was youth, fringe or on their way out/no fucks given players. Still tho not good for confidence.

Jones, Smalling and Evans are crap. if we don't buy a real CB(or two) its going to be a very long season
