Wut?

Apparently a guy leading his team in tackles is the same as leading the country in them

Looks like Delton was unstoppable again.  Aired it out a bit more last night as well.

99 rushing yards, 1 TD
15/20, 156 yards, 3 TD

Not bad for only playing the first half

He will be.

He's already signed a financial aid agreement (or something like that).

From what I thought I understood from all of that is that he's essentially locked into us now because of that, and he should join the team in the Spring semester.  I assume he will be doing winter conditioning and going through Spring Ball, camp, and the first round of fall practice.

If he enrolls at KSU we are obligated to provide him a scholarship.  He's not locked into us.  He can still do whatever he wants.

Stud. Is he visiting anytime soon? Do we have an actual shot at flipping him?

He's visiting with other Georgia studs Zuber and Shelley.  We got a shot is what I'm saying.

I like the lounge lizard attitude in the first 10 seconds.  Hopefully Zuber does his thing.

Anyone heard about Eric Gallon Jr?  http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/recruiting/player-Eric-Gallon-156771;_ylt=A0LEV0JPmTRU_UAAudhXNyoA;_ylu=X3oDMTEzb3R0MWh0BHNlYwNzcgRwb3MDMgRjb2xvA2JmMQR2dGlkA1ZJUDUzMV8x

He doesn't have a fantastic offer list, but he's got decent size.

I feel like we have better than 50% chance of flipping him. Same with Almonzo Brown. We are building a strong Georgia connection. Also think there will be quite more Highschool kids at the Oklahoma State game. I think it is our big high school weekend. After that we will start to finish the class with Jucos.

I could also see Gallon being a preferred walk-on or greyshirt if he has great senior season.

Eric Gallon was a top ten running back for KSU and was Eric Wolford's teammate around 89'-92'.  :surprised:

This year is such a weird year for RB/DBs in the area. You've got Goolsby, Burns, Barnes and Doherty. We could try to take them all, but what do you do with them? Goolsby as a slot receiver, Burns as a CB, Barnes as a nickel and Doherty at RB?

I think Barnes could stay at safety, and you're probably pretty right on the rest of those. Also, if Gooooolsby is quick enough I could see him getting a chance at RB.

So our options for additional WRs in this class look like slim pickings. With Lockett and Curry leaving, the position is wide open next year and I see us missing on filling that void just like we missed on picking up a QB last year...
