It's an unknown process.  They have some kind of formula that mainly deals with how many qualified free agents you lose/pick up the previous year.  So we lost like 5-6 guys last year to free agency and picked up one.  No one really knows why they are in the rounds they are.

My buddies sister is married to Tynes and he lives in south KC now. I texted him when I saw this on the scroller last night. Said some guy got 40 million a few years ago for the same conditions. I don't think he'll get the full 35, but he'll get something.
