Yeah, and at his age he was limited. Plus, he had only been at Nebraska as a player and coach. He had a few years of coaching HS (in Nebraska), but that was it. He was around 60 when he went to Ohio, if he had gone on a run of 3-4 straight 9 win seasons he would've gotten another shot, but he has just had sporadic success at Ohio.

From the sounds of it a lot of the coaching staff has been/was pissed Bill put Sean in charge while he was out. So I don't think Sean could even put together a staff that would win in the Mountain West, let alone here.

Most of the others I could make myself see some positives.
