Bradlee Van Pelt

omg this is just the best memory. Mike from Ft. Collins is blessed with at least one stud QB and memory of football relevance.

IIRC he was on the sideline for KSU @ CU in 2002? Wearing purple? Am I making that up?

It's really choppy on my phone, what happened on that play?
I once blew clove smoke in a guy's face that cut in front of me in the line to KJ's.

Defender was in process of tackling him in the endzone after he scored so he spiked the ball off the defenders helmet.

maybe it was 2000?  He might have been buds with Johnno Lazetich - I think they were at MSU together and 2000 was the year Van Pelt was sitting out at CSU

LMAO.  I always loved Bradlee for that spike play and am not surprised to find out he called in to another team's radio show to talk smack.  Stud move.

HOLY crap!

BVP also said that CU was the "worst 6th ranked team" CSU had ever beaten.  After he graduated (while with the Denver Broncos), he came to a CSU game in Boulder wearing a CSU flag as a cape and flipped off the CU students.  CU fans hate him to this day.  CSU fans, obviously, love him.

Had no idea that dood was such a stud/ boss.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.
