His teams are known to win almost every game they should win while losing most games they shouldn't. So, if the team is supposed to be good this year, I would expect them to do some good things. I think that likely means a loss or two based on a few bounces.

That season was lost because Ell got injured. You're listing one example of a team that "failed" to meet expectations and 2004 doesn't count. MOre often than not, with a returning QB, the team improves season by season.
The loss to Marshall mumped that teams momentum up so much. And it was because the keys to the shiny new Porsche was in the hands of a dingleberry from McClouth, Kansas.
