NFL Media's Lance Zierlein compares Kansas State DB D.J. Reed to Detroit Lions DB Jamal Agnew.

Agnew was a fifth-round pick in last year's draft, and that's right around where Reed is projected to go in this year's. Zierlein raves about the 5-foot-9, 188-pound cornerback's instincts, and that his speed and vision could make him an asset in the return game. The question is whether or not Reed can handle anything but the slot position because of his size, and he gets turned around too often in coverage. Still, Reed's size makes him a prototypical slot corner, and that position becomes more valuable every year in the NFL.

NFL Media's Lance Zierlein compares Kansas State WR Byron Pringle to Miami Dolphins WR Leonte Carroo.

Pringle is one of the oldest prospects in the class at 25-years-old, and his history of off-field trouble that caused his college career to start late could hurt his stock. On the field, Pringle shows "talent as a deep ball threat" according to Zierlein, and also is able to set up routes and clear defenders. He also could be a potential kick returner, which obviously increases his value. Zierlein projects Pringle to go late on Day 3, but someone who values his versatility could take him in the fourth or fifth round.

Humiliating that a Jayhawk was selected first.

I'm glad the Hawks now have a draft streak to follow of their own.

Name calling is generally associated with low IQ, t’s and p’s.
"Round house kick to the butt hole!"-Kstate vs Aggie 53-50, 2011.

"Charlie Weis is the same mistake he ever was"-Gregg Doyel CBS

"Good people deserve good things."-Fatty4ksu

"The heart break kid!"-Winters

Yeah, do some research. He's a Canadian journeyman  who was projected in the 3rd round.

Crazy to think the streak would have ended if DJamer didn't go early.
