Selling it on Facebook and/r marketing it to your neighbors is a good idea. Apparently my home’s grade school district is desirable and the Facebook moms basically seek their houses to friends of Facebook moms who want to be in the district.

500 bucks even 20 years ago seems like quite the bargain for what you are describing.
We had to show the house ourselves, but it sold fast.

In 2003 or so, I sold my house in the Milwaukee area using a help-you-sell service for a flat $500. They took pics and put it on the MLS, and did the contract stuff and minimal coordination with title company.

I am a layperson, but as I understand it the fees are going to be easier to negotiate going forward.

For example, pretty good chance I will be selling my house in 3 years. If the housing market is still similar to today, I won’t be paying any rough ridin' commissions to buyers agents.  I will be on the hunt for a seller’s agent that can do it for a low flat fee that basically compensates them for taking some pics and putting it on the MLS, showing the place and/or conducting an open house, and that’s about it.

I will vote for Biden but I really don't like what Israel is doing to Gaza (and our enabling of it)
I wish more progressives were like you.  Those knuckleheads will cut their own noses off. They did it with Nader and got the environmental policies of Bush.  They’ll do it again and get the Israel policies of Trump.

You mean peace . . .

I think we need to acquire as many basketball schools as possible and then push to outlaw college football due to CTE.

Regarding the Kat Williams vids in the comments, is Kat saying he turned down work with Diddy because he did not want to have sex with diddy?

yes
Kat and I are of different minds on this.  Kat says that he turned down multiple $50M offers to work with Diddy to avoid having sex with Diddy.  Personally, I would have had sex with Diddy for way less than that AND endured the detrimental career implications that may have occurred.

I think people will need to wrap up the legs if they are tackling from behind. Might actually result in better tackling. Who knows.

I bet they are still cool with tackling from behind and letting the ball carrier drag the tackler along, but NOT ok with the tackler jumping up and flopping on the legs of the carrier from behind.

Seems like this will be tough to call consistently though.

Desantis signed a bill banning kids under 14 from having social media without parents consent.

Not sure how effective it will be, but I like the spirit of it.

What are the absolute coolest things to do in Minneapolis?
What time of the year?

Early August
If it were late August, the can’t miss event is the Minnesota State fair. A very big deal there.

If you are up for venturing a ways out of town up north, I’d recommend a guided fishing trip (e.g. perch, walleye). The Gull Lake area would be a good one to check out. Lots of resorts. High end golf and stuff. Lots of bike trails, both paved and off-road.  Lots of kayaking/canoeing.

Dinky Town, student area around the university is fun. Lots of hipster restaurants, but that’s all over MSP really.

The St. Paul Saints minor league baseball games are fun. They were part owned by Bill Murray at one time and it’s a fun atmosphere. Lots of shenanigans.

Bunch of art museums. That one statue of the spoon with a cherry in it is there, and apparently it’s highly thought of.

Dax, in your opinion what is the best approach for Gaza going forward. Also, please do not reference any past events or policies.

This new rule is going to frustrate a lot of players, teams, and fans.  Similar to a WR faking pass interference or hold, a ball carrier could also "sell" a questionable hip drop tackle to get a flag thrown.

Not really, but ok.  It’s targeting a specific form of hip drop tackle that is both dangerous and obvious.
Describe an obvious hip drop tackle.

It’s described in the article on nfl.com and I’m sure there are many videos on youtube
So it’s not like a horse collar where everyone knows what it is and it’s easy to describe.
