Title: #NBADraft
Post by: 420seriouscat69 on June 22, 2017, 09:32:48 AM
This is bananas. One of Weber's guys will be the first K-State'r drafted since Beasley. Happy for Westicles. Looking forward to watching it tonight.

I'm happy for him too. I remember people talking about how Wes had no chance in hell.

It's insane. He played HS ball with the Harrison twins and was their 3rd option. What a true DITR.

Bill Walker was also taken in that draft, but yeah, 9 years is a long time.

Really happy for Wes. I remember hearing rumblings of him as a draft prospect when he was a freshman. It's great that he's reaching his potential, especially considering all of the #adversity he had to endure over the past 3 years.

Prediction: #41 to Atlanta

Yeah, wasn't that the same draft? I think Wes going in the first round. A lot of mock drafts have it, but it's very unpredictable.

oscar should recruit more third option to Kentucky players.

I've also heard some first round chatter. I'm thinking it will be second round. I'll be over the moon for a first round selection. I'm also hoping LA takes Fox over Ball. I'd like to see what he can do at a storied franchise that is going to work on getting championships.

Mocks have him everywhere from 28 to 55.

I could also see him going to Utah or Orlando. He worked out for both and they each have 3 picks between #23-#42.

Predicto: 76ers draft Wes at 46, sign him to a 2 way contract and he plays next year with the Delaware 87ers.

Wes' height, standing reach, wingspan, and body fat are best among guards.

Lowest body fat of anyone at combine.

I think he can become a great reserve on a good team.

When Josh Jackson got drafted Mrs. Wacky shuttered. She's not a fan of POS wannabe women abusers. I mean, she's a hawk too. She just thinks he would have made things worse if she didn't lock the car while he was beating it. :frown:
